Murphy's Salty Hideout is an Owner Managed condo located at Laketown Wharf Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. 
This is our home away and we are excited to share it with you! 

   We are steps away from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, shopping, water sports, snorkeling, fishing, golf, dolphin cruises, delicious dining, comedy shows, concerts, and so much more here in PCB. 

   
 The Space
  Our condo features an open kitchen, dining, and living room with a beautiful landscape view of the Gulf.
 Two oversized double sliding doors open to the private balcony with a lounge couch, coffee table, 2 rocker chairs, and a bar height table with 2 swivel chairs.  Relax outside with your morning cup of coffee, or lunch/dinner while taking in the fresh sea breeze. 

 The Master bedroom features a king size bed, closet (with hangers, iron, ironing board, and vacuum), and full bathroom.  The bunk room is separated by a barndoor for privacy with a bunk bed (2 twins) and a full bathroom.
 Both living room sofas pull out to accommodate for extra sleeping. 
 The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes/silverware, pots/pans, coffee maker, Keurig, Dishwasher, Full size refrigerator/freezer with in-door water/ice dispenser,  oven/stove, Microwave, and Blender. 
 
  There is a full-size Washer and Dryer for any laundry needs you may have during your stay. Child Safety locks are installed on the sliding balcony doors so you can lock up safely at night.

  Around the Resort
  Laketown Wharf Resort requires all guests 12 years and older to wear wristbands. The wristbands allow registered guests access to the property, pools, and gym.  The wristbands are $75+tax and includes 2 parking passes (this is a flat fee for all, not per) and will be paid directly to Laketown Wharf. This fee is not included in the booking cost. You will receive a link from Laketown Wharf after booking. Must be 21+.  Our condo can accommodate up to 6 guests only. 

  Laketown Wharf Resort has a sprawling boardwalk that overlooks the Lake and provides outdoor seating for 6 of the 8 onsite restaurants.  Cozy couches and chairs can be found along the Boardwalk. You can also take a break at the Gazebo in the middle of the Lake.

  We are excited about the NEW arrival of 810 Billiards and Bowling to our Laketown Wharf family of activities. It is opening at the end of November in the Convention Center across from the Main Lobby.  You can enjoy axe throwing, arcade games, pool tables, bowling lanes (a 6 lane separate area reservable area for private parties), and even a sports bar area. 

  There is so much to do without even leaving the grounds (aside from loading up your complimentary beach wagon with goodies and heading to the Beach ). Go grab  burgers, sandwiches, Pizza, Mexican, Seafood, and more on your way to/from the beach or any of 5 onsite pools and 2 hot tubs. You can also grab a cocktail/lunch/snacks from the pooside Bar & Grille at the ground level pool located directly across from the lobby. **Some restaurants will have reduced hours or close completely between October-May** 

  The huge Multi-level gym has all of your workout needs with wide open views of the Gulf and Lake.
 
  Located across the Lake, you can find a Pickle Ball court to get in a game or 2 with friends and other guests. A putting green is located on the 3rd floor to practice before heading to the golf course next door.

  Charcoal grills and tables are available on the North side, and South side (right below our condo), for all of your outdoor grilling needs.
All of this just an elevator ride away from your Home Away!

  A fountain music & light show displays every evening over the lake at 8pm (time may vary depending on daylight saving). Just step out the front door and enjoy! 

  Did you have time for your hair/nail appointment before you left? Or just want a Blow-Out while you are here for a special occasion? Hairology has you covered! They are located on the ground level with professionals ready to serve you.

  Pineapple Willy's restaurant and bar is just steps away from the Resort.  Wal-Mart Supercenter, Parlor Doughnuts, Sweet Cone Alabama, McDonalds, Walgreens, Mini-Golf, Golf, Shopping, and more activities within walking distance from Laketown Wharf.

  The Beach
We provide some beach items to accommodate you during your stay with us. These include: chairs, umbrella, towels, and a wagon. Previous guests have left other fantastic items for you to enjoy. 
  There are 3 beach access locations conveniently located across the street. One is next to Pineapple Willy's and is accessible via a code that you will receive along with check-in instructions and your personal door code 24hrs prior to your arrival date and check-in time of 4pm. The other 2 are Public Beach access and are directly across from the South parking garage.

 We can allow early check-in at times. Some things are beyond our control and we might have to say No. Please do not hold that against us as our primary goal is to ensure your space is clean and ready for you to relax and enjoy your time.
